One of our unique strengths is that we have the “Plastics Business Department” for integrated production of blue sheets, the “Engineering Business Department” for manufacturing industrial machinery such as slitters, and the “Development Department” for product evaluations, all within the company. By taking a three-angled approach to addressing challenging issues, we are able to embody new products and functions that meet the needs of the market.

“Tarpee Light Clear Mesh” Brightens Up Work Sites and Exceeds Safety Requirements!
Protection fabric attached to temporary scaffolding during construction and civil engineering work is essential for preventing falling objects from tumbling off-site, but this created an issue because it made it darker inside. To address this, we developed “Tarpee Light Clear Mesh,” with a high level of transparency that ensures excellent lighting. It also improves visibility and safety by bringing in outside light and enhancing visibility on the site. When used on sites facing roads, the mesh reduces blind spots and ensures that pedestrians and vehicles remain safe. This is truly a product that clears such issues faced in the field.
“Tarpee Thermal Barrier Product Called “Snowtex” for Protecting Packaging Against Damage in Intense Sunlight
Fertilizer manufacturers face challenges when dealing with intense sunlight. Fertilizer is placed in outdoor storage areas prior to shipment, and pallet covers are used to prevent contamination. Yet temperatures under the cover soar in the intense heat, resulting in issues with the printing on fertilizer bags melting and peeling off, causing a range of problems. We came up with “Tarpee Thermal Barrier Sheet Snowtex” to avoid this. Numerous micro voids on the sheet surface scatter and reflect sunlight, which helps to limit the increase in temperature. This addresses the issue of peeling print, allowing products to be stored in a clean condition.
Overseas
First Used in Poland for Structural Applications
Armor Shield Structure Fabric was first used for structural applications in Poland. The structure was a 66 m x 30 m cattle barn, with eight buildings completed, and a total of 26 buildings is scheduled to be constructed. The design of the structure was changed from being made of blocks to PVC, then from PVC to our fabric made with polyethylene. Our technology provided the following benefits: (1) High welding strength and durability (2) Reduced machining costs with a wide 3.6 m width (3) Lightweight and easy handling.
Hagihara Industries Yguazu SRL Completed
Hagihara Industries Yguazu SRL,”” the first production site for BarChip in the South American region, was completed in Paraguay. An eventful completion ceremony was held on September 19, 2023, with the Japanese ambassador, local government officials, and many other guests also being invited. Looking ahead, we will work to further expand our sales channels by supplying products to the fast-growing Brazilian market and harnessing the Economic Complementarity Agreement for the vast South American common market (Mercosur).
