Sales Team Capable of Meeting So Many Requirements
One of our strengths is our Sales Department that has in-depth knowledge of our own company. The Sales Department comprises many employees who played a role in the development and manufacturing processes. So when we are asked to make a product that does not exist anywhere in the world, we can quickly determine if Hagihara Industries is able to make it happen.
Planning Proposal Process
Information Gathering
Gather information on the issues and needs of customers through daily sales activities and inquiries submitted via product websites. We also actively participate in domestic and international exhibitions to keep up-to-date with the situation in each country and gather information.
Analysis
We predict what products and services customers are seeking by scrutinizing feedback on existing products and issues that customers have, and identifying common traits.
On-Site Visits
Additional interviews are conducted to determine whether our forecasts are consistent with feedback received from the sites, and to improve accuracy.
Proposal
We work with other departments to explore feasible approaches and plan for new products.

Participating in Exhibitions
We actively take part in product exhibitions as a means of cultivating markets. We run booths at exhibitions held in Japan, as well as other countries in Asia, Europe, and South America, which result in many potential leads that steadily increase our track record. To foster a “”pioneering capability”” for identifying social needs in a practical manner, young employees also actively take part in the program.

Overseas Expansion
With its aggressive approach to expanding overseas, the Hagihara Industries Group has grown its manufacturing and sales bases in 14 countries around the world. Given that each country has unique differences in language and lifestyle as well as in commercial distribution and logistics, we leverage marketing in each country to develop markets. We maintain a close relationship and tailor our marketing to suit each country and region.
